Cancellation & Returns

CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, please cancel the order from your account. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.
  • If the order has been dispatched and is already in transit and you do not want to receive the same, kindly cancel the order from your account and refuse to take delivery. We will be deducting to and fro shipping charges. NO Cancellation Fee will be charged though.

 

 

 

RETURNS/ REFUNDS:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on www.pinfash.com, you have an option to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product. For any used product or delay in raising request, we reserve the right to charge any fees or cancel the refund.

 

RETURNS

How do I return my product?

 You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. Used or damaged products will not be accepted as returned. In case any used or damaged product is returned and it fails our QC, then returned product will be rejected as a return and product will be sent back and Rs 100/- will be charged for this courier as a logistics charge.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

*There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

 

Please note that the www.pinfash.com return policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns and refunds outside of India.

 

 

How do I self-ship my return order?

You can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed-Post, to the address below.

Important Note:

  • Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.
  • Please write the phrase 'SELF SHIP' on the cover of the package.

 

Courier charge refund:

In case of self-ship return order, we will refund you to the following according to your payment mode (except COD):

  • 60/- for shipment weighing upto 500gm courier charges will be refunded.
  • For every next 500gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.60/- courier charges will be refunded.

For COD Orders, refund payment will be returned to you via online bank transfer.

 

I wish to exchange my product.

We do not have an exchange policy. Please place a return request by clicking on the return button available next to the order id number in the My Order section and place a new order for the item you want.

 

REFUNDS

How will I get my refund?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

 

  • NEFT refund process takes 48 hours.
  • Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
